At Forever 21, we want you to love your purchase, but if something isn't right, you have 30 days from the ship date to return or exchange your items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original shipping mailer or a box of your choice, ensuring all original tags and protective liners are intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy to monitor your refund status as it processes.
